Phosphotidylcholine is fat-soluble and is best absorbed when taken with a meal.

Choline can be found in meat, poultry, and fish such as beef, chicken breast, and cod. Other foods include hard boiled-eggs and baked potatoes. Foods containing lecithin, a food additive rich in phosphotidylcholine, include foods like margarine & gravies.
