The Kit

Your monthly pack will contain 60 packs for a 30 day supply all stored in an Autumn dispensor so you can just grab and go!. The amount of vitamins and supplements in each sachet will vary from customer depending on what you need.

The Vitamins

Yes - most of our vitamins and supplements are vegetarian/vegan friendly. We also take this into consideration from your lifestyle quiz, to ensure we are not recommending any products that could not be made in this fashion when striving for their highest efficacy.

We organize the packs based on certain rules that each vitamin or supplement has. Some must be taken at night, some in the morning, some can’t be taken in the same pack together and others can be taken at any time. Due to these rules, our system automatically distributes them accordingly.

This is a great question! All top quality supplements have expiration dates. At Autumn we closely monitor our products to ensure you always receive a fresh pack. We recommend that you use your box within 6 months of receiving it.

Sometimes life gets in the way, we know! If you forgot to take your pills pack, we recommend sticking to the AM and PM routine, for example if you missed the morning pack at breakfast, you can fit it in during your lunch and at night take the PM pack as usual.

However, we do NOT recommend taking your PM pack in the AM, or AM in the PM, for a multitude of reasons but mostly for optimal efficacy and safety.

The Vitamins

Yes - most of our vitamins and supplements are vegetarian/vegan friendly. We also take this into consideration from your lifestyle quiz, to ensure we are not recommending any products that could not be made in this fashion when striving for their highest efficacy.

We organize the packs based on certain rules that each vitamins or supplement has. Some must be taken at night, some in the morning, some can’t be taken in the same pack together and others can be taken at any time. Due to these rules, our system automatically distributes them accordingly.

This is a great question! All top quality supplements have expiration dates. At Autumn we closely monitor our products to ensure you always receive a fresh pack. We recommend that you use your box within 6 months of receiving it.

Sometimes life gets in the way, we know! If you forgot to take your pills pack, we recommend sticking to the AM and PM routine, for example if you missed the morning pack at breakfast, you can fit it in during your lunch and at night take the PM pack as usual.

However, we do NOT recommend taking your PM pack in the AM, or AM in the PM, for a multitude of reasons but mostly for optimal efficacy and safety.

Valid question! Our recomendations are based on your DNA results and answers from the lifestyle questionnaire you filled out. As a result, the supplements we recommend to you are dosed to be within the appropriate levels dictated by the latest scientific studies.

Yes, but, we refuse to sell you vitamins or supplements that you don't actually need. Our advice would be to re-take your lifestyle quiz, for the most up to date recommendations, and your next shipment will update automatically! Alternatively, in your account you can add on additional options curated to you.

If you would like to just order for one month to give us a try :) First, you will need to go through all the steps and place your first order. Once your first order has been placed you will then have to log into your account and pause your future orders. Please note you can always choose to resume your subscription with us!

Sometimes mistakes happen! One thing to note is that once you have placed your order with us, we immediately send it off to our facility to have your order prepared. Having your order lost is never good news! :( If this occured because of a shipping error on our behalf or it was considered lost by the courier - we will then send a replacement order free of charge. On the other hand, if you gave persmission to the courier to leave your order at a specific place and it got lost or stolen once it has been delivered - we will not be able to accept responsibility for your lost package.
